Further tryout information along with teams and times will be posted on the website in August prior to the start of each tryout.
You WILL NOT receive emails or reminder emails regarding the tryouts.

Evaluation Timelines and Processes - June 22
If you are registering for Elite (quadrant) tryouts for the first time, your child's hockey profile must be shared with your quadrant association before you will be able to register for tryouts. In order to be eligible to register, if you live in the NWCAA boundaries, please email the NWCAA registrar at admin@nwcaa.ca (after June 1st) stating that your player is a first time registrant with the following information:
Player Full Name
Player Date of Birth
Address
Player Hockey Canada ID #
Current Hockey Association or Last place you played hockey
How to obtain Hockey Canada ID #
Transfer (File share) requests can be submitted immediately. Once the process is complete you will be notified and can then register for tryouts. This process can take up to 5 business days to complete. Please submit your requests early so you do not miss the deadlines. File share will not be accepted after Aug 18, 2023.

U13, U15, U16, U18 registration will CLOSE (deadline to register is August 18, 2023).
U21 will find the U21 Registration Link under the U21 Tryouts.
Important: You will require your players Hockey Canada ID number in order to proceed with registration. The link below provides options for obtaining your player's Hockey Canada ID number if you do not know it. The Respect in Sport method is mandatory.

NWCAA strongly advise all players to register with your respective community association in addition to registering for the NWCAA tryouts in case the player is not successful in making a NWCAA team.
Early discounted registration fee: June 15 - July 23, is $300.00+ GST/player for U13, U15, U16 and U18.
Registration fee: effective on July 24 -August 12 is $375.00 + GST /player for U13, U15, U16 and U18.
Late Registration fee: effective on August 13 -August 22 is $500.00 + GST /player for U13, U15, U16 and U18.
A non refundable processing fee is charged per transaction.
DEADLINE to register for U13, U15, U16, U18 will be August 22, 2023.
REGISTRATION OPEN JUNE 15, 2023.
NO REFUNDS will be given after August 1. All refunds prior to Aug 1 are subject to a $50.00 non refundable fee. After August 1 we will only issue a refund due to an injury and a physician’s note may be required and are subject to a $50.00 non refundable fee. There will be no refunds once a player has stepped on the ice. To cancel please contact Claudia Issler at admin@nwcaa.ca.
Registration: NWCAA will be monitoring emails on a regular basis. Emails will be returned within 48 hours from the time they were received. Register early to rectify any problems and delays.
